The Bee Sting
- FOR THE JALAPENO VODKA:
- 4 whole Jalapeno Peppers, Halved
- 3 cups, 2 tablespoons, 2 teaspoons, 2-5/8 pinches Vodka
- FOR THE HONEY SYRUP:
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 1/4 cups Water
- FOR THE COCKTAILS:
- 2 ounces, fluid Jalapeno-infused Vodka
- 3/4 ounces, fluid Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 ounces, fluid Honey Syrup
- 2 ounces, fluid Club Soda
- For the jalapeno vodka:
- Place jalapenos in vodka bottle and let infuse for 48 hours.
- For the honey syrup:
- Combine honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until honey is dissolved.
- For the cocktails:
- Combine vodka, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for about 30 seconds, until cold. Strain into a chilled glass, top off with club soda, and serve.
