The Bee Sting

  1. For the jalapeno vodka:
  2. Place jalapenos in vodka bottle and let infuse for 48 hours.
  3. For the honey syrup:
  4. Combine honey and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring until honey is dissolved.
  5. For the cocktails:
  6. Combine vodka, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for about 30 seconds, until cold. Strain into a chilled glass, top off with club soda, and serve.
