Chocolate Chip Cherry Muffins
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/3 cups Cane Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/3 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vailla Extract
- 1/2 cups Diced Bing Cherries, De-stemmed And Pit Removed
- 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, cane sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, oil and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet mixture into the dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Gently fold in cherries and chocolate chips.
- Fill paper-lined muffin cups or a greased muffin pan half-way full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
