The Best Banana Bread Ever
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs, Beaten
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 box (4-serving Size) Banana Cream Pudding Mix
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 3 whole Bananas, Mashed
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Grease and flour 1 large or 2 small loaf pans.
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Blend in sour cream and set aside.
- Mix flour, banana cream pudding mix, soda, and mashed bananas together. Blend in with the other wet ingredients and mix well.
- Pour dough into the greased pan(s). Bake for 65 minutes for a large pan or 55 minutes for small pan. Be sure and check the center before removing the bread from the oven.
