Cucumber & Red Onion Salad

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Toss to combine all the ingredients, until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least three hours), tossing occasionally.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
