Cucumber & Red Onion Salad
- 3 whole Cucumbers, Peeled And Sliced About 1/8" Thick
- 1 whole Medium Red Onion, Halved And Sliced About 1/8" Thick
- 1 jar (4 Oz) Diced Pimentos, Not Drained
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups White Vinegar
- 1/2 cups Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Tarragon
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Dill
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper, Ground Fine
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss to combine all the ingredients, until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least three hours), tossing occasionally.
- Serve and enjoy.
