Mini Donut Cupcakes
- 1 box Duncan Hines Classic Yellow Cake Mix, 18 Ounce Box
- 1-1/3 cup Water
- 1/3 cups Vegetable Oil
- 3 whole Eggs
- 1/2 Tablespoons Ground Nutmeg
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 1-1/2 cup Ground Cinnamon
- 1) Empty cake mix into mixer bowl.
- 2) Using your mixer, add in the water, oil, eggs and nutmeg and thoroughly combine.
- 3) Sniff your bowl and smile.
- 4) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- 5) Grease mini cupcake/muffin pans generously
- *No cupcake liners!
- 6) Pour batter into the muffin molds.
- 7) While cupcakes aka donuts aka docups are baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- 8) Roll warm cupcakes into cinnamon/sugar mixture.
- All done!
- *You can also make a glaze if you like - and that would be totally awesome of you.
