Aggression Cookies
- 1 cup Margarine, Softened
- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 2 cups Quick Rolled Oats
- Granulated Sugar As Required
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine everything except the granulated sugar. Keep it simple, use your hands to mix it together, and take out your aggressions on the dough. If using margarine in a tub, use the tub to measure the rest of the ingredients.
- Grab pieces of dough and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Expect to end up with 3 to 4 dozen cookies.
- Use the bottom of a glass to flatten the cookies. Dip the glass into the granulated sugar, then flatten a dough ball. The flatter you make them, the crispier the cookies will be.
- Bake until light brown, about 10 minutes, depending on how flat you made them.
