The Best Grilled Pork And Beans

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. While sauce is simmering, preheat grill to medium heat. Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute until fragrant, 2-3 minutes. Add in ham and reduce heat to medium-low. Saute 2-3 minutes, then add in beans and remove from heat.
  3. When sauce is thickened, stir it into the ham and bean mixture. Cover skillet with foil and place onto the grill. Cook beans for 20-30 minutes, over medium heat, stirring halfway through cooking.
  4. Serve immediately!
