Spaghetti And Meatballs
- ground beef
- veal and pork
- 2 slices day old bread
- grated cheese
- 1 egg
- olive oil
- onions and 1 clove garlic
- 1 large can plum tomatoes
- water
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- Combine ground beef, veal and pork, day old bread, grated cheese and egg; shape into meatballs.
- Brown onions and clove of garlic in olive oil; remove garlic when brown.
- When partially cooked pour can of plum tomatoes into meatballs, cook down and add water as needed.
- After an hour of cooking, add 1 can of tomato paste.
- Complete cooking in about 2 hours.
- Boil water, add spaghetti and 1 tablespoon salt.
- Keep stirring macaroni until tender or al dente.
- Pour sauce over spaghetti.
- One loaf of garlic bread and a salad and you have a meal!
