Spaghetti And Meatballs

  1. Combine ground beef, veal and pork, day old bread, grated cheese and egg; shape into meatballs.
  2. Brown onions and clove of garlic in olive oil; remove garlic when brown.
  3. When partially cooked pour can of plum tomatoes into meatballs, cook down and add water as needed.
  4. After an hour of cooking, add 1 can of tomato paste.
  5. Complete cooking in about 2 hours.
  6. Boil water, add spaghetti and 1 tablespoon salt.
  7. Keep stirring macaroni until tender or al dente.
  8. Pour sauce over spaghetti.
  9. One loaf of garlic bread and a salad and you have a meal!
