The Best Peanut Butter Pie

  1. Make your brownies and let it cool. I like to make mine in a 9" springform pan, or a dish with deep sides so I can pile on the topping later. You can also make the brownies and have people add their own amounts of topping, which means use your favorite brownie-making pan.
  2. For the topping, you want everything at room temperature. Put all the remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl and whip until combined. Taste, and depending on the peanut butter or the vanilla you use, you might want to add a bit more sugar or peanut butter.
  3. Spread on the brownie, or keep separate, and cool.
  4. Optional: use melted chocolate, or caramel topping to create fancy designs and liven up the tastebuds even more.
