Brazilian Fish Stew

  1. Juice your lemon and marinate the fish and shrimp for no more than 30 minutes.
  2. While doing this, dice the tomato, onion, bell pepper and potatoes. Chop the cilantro and the garlic.
  3. Heat some olive oil in a large pan and add the vegetables (all but the potatoes). Braise them lightly.
  4. Add the coconut milk, paprika powder and salt to taste (don't be stingy with the paprika powder!), then add the potatoes and stir well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the fish fillets and the shrimp and let it simmer again for about 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with garlic rice.
