The ‘Fave’ Green Salad
- FOR THE SALAD:
- 1 cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce (washed)
- 1 cup Watercress (washed)
- 1 cup Small Broccoli Florets (torn Or Chopped Into Small Bites)
- 1/2 An Avocado (pitted And Chopped Into Bites)
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Finely Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Roasted Slivered Almonds (unsalted)
- 1/4 cups Crushed Pita Chips (Stacey's Multigrain)
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan Reggiano (shavings Or Grated)
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Honey
- 1 teaspoon Water (just Enough To Thin Out The Dressing)
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- In a large mixing bowl, toss salad ingredients.
- In a small Mason jar, combine salad ingredients. Shake until smooth.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss until well-coated. Enjoy!
