Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Pancakes

  1. Whisk milk, sour cream, eggs, butter, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until dry ingredients are incorporated, batter is smooth, and all lumps are gone.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and coat with nonstick spray.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup pancake batter onto pan. Watch for bubbles around the edges of the pancake, then gently flip the pancake over and cook for about 45 seconds more until both sides are just slightly golden.
  4. Repeat this process for the remaining batter, spraying the pan before cooking each pancake. Serve immediately.
