  1. Cut tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper and onion into a small dice. Put the veggies in a big salad bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice through salt into a smaller bowl and mix well. Add dressing, olives and cheese into the salad bowl and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
