The Perfect Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 275u0b0F.
  2. In a Dutch oven, heat honey, corn syrup, oil, and coconut oil until melted. Remove from heat; whisk in the vanilla and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Transfer to a greased baking sheet with sides. Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 5-10 minutes. Cool completely, stirring once or twice. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
