Thick And Chewy Brownies
- 3/4 cups Plain Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Cornflour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 3/4 cups Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Cocoa Powder
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- Preheat the oven to 180u0b0C (350u0b0F, Gas 4). Line a 8x8-inch baking pan with aluminium foil, spray with baking spray, and set aside.
- Whisk together flour, cornflour, and salt. Set aside.
- Whisk together melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until combined. Whisk in eggs, one at a time, then whisk in vanilla extract. Fold in dry ingredients until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out almost clean with a few moist crumbs. Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
