Crunchy Detox Salad
- 2 cups Cauliflower
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1 cup Red Cabbage
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1-1/2 cup Flat Leaf Parsley
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1/2 cups Roasted Almonds
- 1/2 cups Sunflower Seeds
- FOR THE VINAIGRETTE:
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger, Peeled And Grated
- 2 Tablespoons Clover Honey
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- Chop cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, parsley, celery and almonds either using a sharp knife, or toss them individually into a food processor and quickly process until they are finely chopped.
- Place chopped ingredients in a large bowl. Add sunflower seeds.
- Add vinaigrette to the ingredients in the bowl and toss to lightly coat the ingredients..
- For the vinaigrette:
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, fresh ginger, honey and salt to a Mason jar with a lid. Seal the lid tightly and shake until well blended.
