Steak And Mushroom Casserole

  1. Brown steak in drippings.
  2. Remove steaks from pan and saute onions and mushroom slices until tender.
  3. Drain steak, onions and mushrooms on absorbent paper.
  4. Combine soup, buttermilk, parsley and seasonings.
  5. Place alternate layers of potatoes, onions and mushroom slices and steaks in a 2 1/2-quart greased casserole. Pour a little soup mixture on each layer.
  6. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350u0b0 oven for one hour.
  7. Makes four servings.
