Three Cheese Lasagna Rolls(Children'S Section Recipe)
- 6 wide lasagna noodles
- 1 (15 to 16 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
- 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
- 3 to 4 c. spaghetti sauce
- About 2 hours before serving, in boiling, salted water, cook lasagna noodles as label directs; drain and cool.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, thoroughly mix Ricotta, Mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, salt and oregano.
- Cut lasagna noodles in half crosswise.
- On each half, evenly spread 1/4 cup cheese mixture.
- Roll up each noodle, jellyroll fashion.
- Spoon 1 cup spaghetti sauce into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Arrange rolls on sauce in a single layer; top with remaining sauce.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Makes 4 servings.
