Chicken And Spaghetti
- 1 fryer, boiled and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 jar pimento, chopped (for color)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (12 oz.) spaghetti
- 1 jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz (8 oz.)
- Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Add soup and 1 can of broth from chicken.
- Saute onion, pepper and celery in oleo; add soup mixture.
- Cook spaghetti until tender; drain.
- Add to soup mixture and jalapeno Cheez Whiz and pimientos.
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
