Sausage And Potatoes Au Gratin

  1. Make patties out of sausage; cook and drain and break into small pieces.
  2. Combine soup, milk, onion, green pepper, pimento, salt and pepper; blend well.
  3. Place half potatoes in a greased (2-quart) casserole.
  4. Add half the sausage.
  5. Cover with half the soup mixture.
  6. Repeat layers.
  7. Dot with butter.
  8. Cover and bake in a 350u0b0 oven for about 1 1/4 hours.
  9. Remove cover; sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, another 15 minutes or more or until potatoes are tender.
  10. Serves 6.
