Mint Chocolate Crispy Treats

  1. Take a 9 x 13 baking pan and grease it well with butter. Then get a large saucepan on the stove and melt 4 tablespoons of butter over medium high heat. Add marshmallows and pinch of salt and stir it all together until marshmallows are completely melted.
  2. Pour in the chocolate rice cereal and stir it all together thoroughly to coat the cereal in the marshmallow cream. Quickly turn the mixture out into the prepared pan and press it out into a firm, even layer. Then evenly sprinkle the mint candies on top while it is still hot.
  3. Let it cool completely for at least 1 hour, then cut into squares and serve!
