Seafood Vera Cruz

  1. Place fish fillets in Pyrex dish; salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; allow to marinate while preparing vegetables.
  2. Saute onion in olive oil until golden.
  3. Add tomatoes, pepper, garlic, capers, black olives, tomato paste and chopped parsley.
  4. Cover; cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Top fish with this mixture.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 minutes per inch of thickness of fish.
