Corn With Herb Oil

  1. Heat a large pot filled 2/3 with water on high heat. Cover and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add corn, reduce heat, and allow corn to boil for 5 minutes. Remove from water.
  2. While corn is cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Once corn is cooked and cooled slightly, brush some herb oil on all sides of the corn. Serve.
  3. Note: This recipe makes the herb oil very garlic-intense. If you don't enjoy the taste of garlic as much, omit the garlic salt or grated garlic from the recipe.
