Eggless Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together all of the dry ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
  3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Using your spatula, mix ingredients until just combined. Do not over-mix. This will cause brownies to be tough.
  4. Pour batter into greased (using coconut oil or oil of choice) 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
