Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

  1. In a medium pot over medium high heat, mix together butter, sugars, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring ingredients to a rolling boil. Allow to boil for at least 1 1/2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Fold in oats.
  3. Spoon heaping spoonfuls of mixture onto parchment paper or a cookie sheet. Put in freezer for 10 minutes, in refrigerator for 30 minutes, or on counter for 1 hour. Enjoy!
  4. Note: More oats may be added if mixture appears too thin.
