Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar (lightly Packed)
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 1/3 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- In a medium pot over medium high heat, mix together butter, sugars, milk, and cocoa powder. Bring ingredients to a rolling boil. Allow to boil for at least 1 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract. Fold in oats.
- Spoon heaping spoonfuls of mixture onto parchment paper or a cookie sheet. Put in freezer for 10 minutes, in refrigerator for 30 minutes, or on counter for 1 hour. Enjoy!
- Note: More oats may be added if mixture appears too thin.
