Easy Red Wine Marinade For Beef

  1. Peel and smash 3 cloves garlic, then peel and mince remaining 2 cloves of garlic. Set aside.
  2. In a large liquid measuring cup, measure salad dressing and red wine. Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce and all spices and whisk with fork.
  3. To use the marinage, place beef in a large plastic resealable bag. Pour marinade over meat and seal bag removing as much air as possible. Place bag (with meat inside) in a pan large enough that the beef lays flat (such as a 9 x 13 baking dish). Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, turning bag once halfway through marinating time to distribute marinade evenly over meat. Remove meat from marinade and grill according to recipe.
  4. Makes a little more than 1 cup marinade.

garlic, bay leaf, newmans own, red wine, worcestershire sauce, ubc, onions, whole coriander seeds, rosemary
