Tortellini Soup

  1. Brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Rinse and drain. Ensure meat is in small pieces.
  2. Put all ingredients except tortellini/pasta in stockpot and simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  3. I usually cook the pasta/tortellini in another pot and add a big scoopful to a serving bowl and then add the soup. I don't like leftover soup to have mushy pasta. Yuck!
