Everything Cookies

- 2 cups White Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 6 whole Eggs

- 1 bag (11-12 Oz. Bag) Semi Sweet And White Chocolate Swirled Chips
- 4-1/2 cups Oatmeal
- 1 cup Raisins
- 1/2 cups Chopped Mixed Nuts
- Cream butter, sugars and vanilla till smooth. Then add in eggs one at a time. Sift together baking soda, flour, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix in parts into the creamed mixture. Add all the chips, oats, raisins and nuts. Mix until combined.
- Drop cookie dough by rounded tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until light brown.
- This makes a lot of dough. I usually wrap half and freeze it for cookies another time.
