Tri-Colored Pasta Salad
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pound Tri-colored Pasta
- 1 cup Green Peppers
- 1 cup Red Peppers
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots
- 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 cups Italian Salad Dressing
- 1 can (2.25 Oz. Size) Musco Family Olive Co. Black Pearls Sliced Olives
- 1. Boil water in a large pot. Add the olive oil and a pinch of salt to the water.
- 2. Take tri-colored pasta and pour it into the boiling water.
- 3. Chop up green peppers, red peppers, and carrots. Place them in a serving bowl.
- 4. Take vinegar, Italian dressing and mix them together. Place mixture in the same serving bowl as chopped peppers and carrots.
- 5. Let the pasta cook until al dente (you don't want to overcook the pasta). When done, drain pasta and place over chopped peppers and vinegar mixture.
- 6. Mix all ingredients together and place in the refrigerator until desired temperature.
- 7. Serve to all your guests and enjoy!
