Snowflake Sugar Cookies (Gluten-Free)
- 2 cups Gluten Free Flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/2 cups Grass Fed Butter, Room Temperature
- 1 cup Organic Sugar Cane
- 1 Free Range Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Organic Vanilla Frosting And Sprinkles, For Topping
- Whisk gluten-free, baking powder, and sea salt in a small bowl.
- In a medium size bowl, whisk butter, sugar, egg and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour half of the flour mix into the egg batter and mix. When combined, add remaining flour and mix until uniform.
- Place cookie dough on a floured surface or between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll it out until about 1/4 inch thick. Using a snowflake cookie cutter, shape cookies and remove remaining dough to roll out again. Repeat the process until all the dough is gone.
- Bake at 350u0b0F degrees for about 7 minutes or until just before the edges start to turn brown. Let cool completely before frosting the cookies. Add sprinkles of choice.
