Roxie'S Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Schilling Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. whole basil (optional)
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. whole oregano (optional)
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can whole or diced tomatoes
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 to 2 cans tomato sauce
- salt to taste
- Cook and drain hamburger.
- Combine hamburger and all other ingredients in a large pot.
- Add water to desired consistency. Let simmer 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over spaghetti noodles that have been boiled, drained and rinsed in cold water.
- Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
