Creamy Key Lime Tart

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Crust:
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the cereal, sugar and butter; mix well. Press into the bottom and sides of a 9 inch tart or springform pan. Bake 8-9 minutes; cool completely.
  4. Filling:
  5. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk. Slowly add in the juice, peel, and coloring; beat until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping.
  6. Pour into cooled crust. Chill 1 hour or until set. Garnish with more whipped topping and/or lime peel.
  7. Enjoy!
