Linda’S Cranberry Orange Cookies
- 1 cup Butter Or Margarine
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cups Orange Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Finely Shredded Orange Zest
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 cup Quick Cook Oatmeal
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Pecans, Chopped
- 6 ounces, weight Dried Cranberries
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix butter, vanilla and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy. Add orange juice and orange zest. Mix until blended. Combine flour, baking soda and oatmeal, add it to the creamed mixture and mix until blended. Add rest of ingredients.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned.
