No Bake! Chocolate Peanut Squares (Homemade Reese’S)
- FOR THE BOTTOM LAYER:
- 2 cups Confectioners Sugar
- 3/4 cups Peanut Butter, Creamy
- 2/3 cups Graham Craker Crumbs
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, melted

- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 2/3 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 3/4 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Unsalted Butter
- Line a 9 x 13 pan with foil and then butter the foil; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the confectioner's sugar, peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs and butter. Mix well and then press evenly into the bottom of your prepared pan.
- Combine topping ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl; heat until melted. (Do this in 20 seconds increments until it is melted so you don't scorch the chocolate - stir in between each increment). Spread the melted topping mixture over the bottom layer. Refrigerate until completely cool (10-15 minutes).
- Using the foil, lift out of pan. Cut into 1 inch squares. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
