Summer Pasta Salad

  1. While pasta is boiling, prepare the following:
  2. Slice grapes in half, slice celery into bite-sized pieces. Combine pineapple, mandarin oranges, Craisins, celery, grapes and 1/2 cup cashews in bowl.
  3. Add the cooked & drained pasta.
  4. Add mayonnaise and coleslaw dressing (found in produce aisle of grocery store).
  5. Stir everything well. Add remaining 1 cup of cashews right before serving.
  6. This salad is best if it sits overnight. It goes a long way. You can also add chicken breast to this if you'd like.
