Spicy Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1-2/3 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Unsalted Butter, Melted And Cooled Slightly
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tablespoons Almond Milk
- 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0F. Prepare 2 large baking sheets and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa power, cinnamon, cayenne, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl, stir butter and sugar until combined. Add vanilla and almond milk.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix to combine. Finally, add dark chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough in even portions with a spoon. Roll into a ball and place on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
