Tuna Salad Lettuce Wrap
- 6 ounces, fluid Canned Solid White Tuna In Water, Drained
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Nature's Season Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Cracked Pepper
- 1/4 cups Chopped Green Onions
- 1 whole Medium Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
- 1 slice Lemon
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce
- 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
- In a bowl, combine tuna, mayo, mustard, seasoning and black pepper. Add bell pepper and cilantro. Stir together. Squeeze in lemon juice.
- Rinse lettuce and pull out large pieces, about 2 for each serving. Spoon in about 1/2 cup tuna salad into lettuce. Add slices of tomato. When eating, hold the leafy part and start eating from the stem side first. Enjoy!
