Spiked Hot Cocoa
- 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup (or To Taste)
- 1/8 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 cup Milk (just Short Of Full Drinking Cup)
- 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee Crystals
- 1 ounce, fluid Peppermint Schnapps (for Non-alcohol Version Substitute 1/2 Tsp. Or Less Of Peppermint Extract)
- 3 Tablespoons Whipped Cream (large Dollop)
- 1 stick Cinnamon (to Use As Stir Stick)
- 1 dash Chocolate Shavings, Powdered Cinnamon, Crushed Candy Cane, Or Sprinkles
- In your serving cup, mix cinnamon into the chocolate syrup, then add milk, leaving room for other ingredients later. Heat in microwave on high for 3 minutes or until almost at a boil. Add coffee & Schnapps. Apply whipped cream liberally & dress with chocolate shavings, crushed candy cane, cinnamon or sprinkles. Plop in the cinnamon stick & enjoy!
