Turkey Chili With Black Beans And Corn
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 whole Large Onion, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1-3/4 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Chunky Salsa Of Your Choice
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1 can (15 oz. size) Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
- Place first 7 ingredients in a 5-quart pot and cook until turkey is well-browned. Add remaining ingredients. Heat to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. You can continue simmering as long as you want, it just thickens more, the longer you cook it.
