Turkey Chopped Salad
- 1/3 cups Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce, Chopped Eveny And Finely
- 1 stalk Celery, Finely Diced
- 1/2 cups Pepperoncinis, Finey Diced
- 1/2 cups Black Olives, Finey Diced
- 3/4 cups Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
- 1/2 cups Kernel Corn
- 1/2 whole Large Cucumber, Peeled, Seeded And Finely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Finely Minced
- 1/2 cups Pomegranate Seeds
- 1/4 cups Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 cup Turkey Breast, Finely Diced
- Combine vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Stir to mix, set aside.
- Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing mixture. Toss to coat. Serve!
