Homemade Raw Vegan Almond Joy
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut Cream
- 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
- 1/2 cups Desiccated Coconut
- 7 whole Almonds
- 1/2 cups Melted Chocolate
- Mix coconut oil with coconut cream and maple syrup. Add almond butter and mix again. Lastly, add desiccated coconut cream and mix everything together.
- Leave the mixture in the fridge for a while until it's easier to work with.
- Shape the bars by portioning out equal parts of the mixture.
- When bars are ready, add an almond on top of each bar. You should be able to make 6 to 8 bars, depending on their size. Freeze the bars for 30-40 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and cover each bar. Once the first coating has dried, drizzle more melted chocolate for decoration.
- Refrigerate until chocolate has hardened.
