Peanut Butter And Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
- 1 cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Salted Butter, Room Temperature
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3 cups Quick Cooking Oats
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
- 1/2 cups Dark Chocolate Chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat together sugars and butter until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Slowly add to the creamed butter mixture, mixing well.
- Slowly stir in oats and chips. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
