Peanut Butter And Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat together sugars and butter until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Slowly add to the creamed butter mixture, mixing well.
  4. Slowly stir in oats and chips. Drop spoonfuls onto a greased or parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
