Roasted Mushrooms With Garlic And Rosemary
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 pound Whole White Mushrooms, Washed And Patted Dry
- Grated Parmesan Cheese And Fresh Rosemary, For Garnish (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Lightly grease a large baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add mushrooms and toss, ensuring each mushroom is coated.
- Spread mushrooms in an even layer on prepared baking pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until mushrooms turn golden and start to caramelize. Remove from oven and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary, if desired.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
