Beef Tips On Noodles
- 1 1/2 lb. stew meat (boneless)
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans Campbell's onion soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. Spry
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 2 lb. round steak
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1/2 c. bacon grease
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 small onions, diced
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
- Mix flour, salt and pepper and rub into steak.
- Cut into desired pieces and brown in bacon grease.
- Heat to boiling the remaining ingredients and in a greased baking dish pour this sauce over steak.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serves 4.
