Turkey Rub
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Season-All
- 1/4 teaspoons Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoons Sage
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Butter, Cubed And Cold
- Olive Oil, For Drizzling
- Mix all of the dry ingredients into an airtight container until you are ready to use.
- Here's how I spice up the turkey. Make sure your hands are clean, gently slide your fingertips under the skin of the turkey breast, working your way as far back as you can get and down the sides, without tearing the skin. When you have the skin loose, start rubbing the mix onto the breast meat, don't forget to get down the sides too.
- For added flavor I also take butter and cut it into cubes. After you rub the meat with the mix, place the dots of butter under the skin as well. Drizzle olive oil over the outside of the turkey and add any leftover mix that you might add. Now go wash you hands!
