Turkey Taco Soup
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 3 packages (about 1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning Packet
- 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chilis
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Bell Hot Sauce
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Kidney Beans
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Corn
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Picante Salsa
- 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Size) Chicken Broth
- In a large saute pan, combine the turkey, salt, pepper, onion, and garlic. Once the turkey is cooked through, add the taco seasoning.
- In a large soup pot, add the green chilies, Taco Bell hot sauce, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, Pace salsa, chili powder, and chicken broth.
- Add the turkey mixture to the pot with the corn in it. Mix until well combined and heated through.
- Serve with chips, cheese, sour cream, cilantro, lime and guacamole.
