Scott’S Favourite Cookies
- 1 cup Butter, Room Temperature
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-1/2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2/3 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2/3 cups White Chocolate Chips
- 2/3 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cups Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture and stir until just blended. With a large spoon, stir in chips and coconut. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10 min.
- Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to completely cool.
- Store in airtight container, enjoy with milk!
