Caribbean Fudge Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Beat in large bowl the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add chocolate, coffee and rum extracts; mix well.
  5. Stir in flour and chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour into pastry shell. Decorate top of pie with walnut halves.
  7. Bake in lower third of oven 25 minutes.
  8. Cool on wire rack.
  9. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  10. Makes 10 servings.
