Chocolate Nutella Cream Pie
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3 Tablespoons White Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3/4 cups Powdered Sugar
- 2/3 cups Nutella
- 1 whole 9-inch Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust
- Grated Chocolate For Garish, If Desired
- In a large bowl, us an electric hand mixer or stand mixer with fitted whisk attachment to beat whipping cream until it begins to thicken. Add sugar and vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Nutella until combined and smooth. Fold in half of the whipped cream. Spread into prepared pie crust.
- Spoon remaining whipped cream on top and spread. Garnish with grated chocolate, if desired. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
