Flourless Paleo Banana Chocolate Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 170u0b0C (325u0b0F).
  2. Whisk eggs thoroughly-the fluffier, the better. You can use a mixer, but I do it by hand: it's great exercise.
  3. Add cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice (if needed) and give it a good mix. Add mashed banana and tahini and mix again. Add baking soda and mix everything together. If desired, add chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips) and chopped hazelnuts. I reserved some hazelnuts for decoration.
  4. Pour the mixture into muffin molds and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
